FAQs

Do I have to pay for a quote?

No. Contact one of our team and they will be happy to arrange a site visit and provide a free, no obligation quote.

Is there a weekly hire price for scaffolding?

All quotes include 4 weeks hire as standard. Longer hire periods can be arranged and will be included in the initial quote. If you are to exceed the agreed upon hire period, extra hire will be charged on a weekly basis. Extra hire prices will be detailed in your quote.

When do I have to pay for scaffolding?

For domestic customers, payment is usually made in full when the erection of the scaffolding is completed. For commercial customers, payment terms will be agreed before a project begins.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Birmingham and predominantly work in the West Midlands but also across the wider Midlands area. We will work further afield for the right project.

Are your scaffolders trained?

All of our scaffolders carry the relevant CISRS qualifications and regularly conduct other training as required.

Are you insured?

We carry full Public Liability Insurance - Employers Liability up to £10,000,000 & Public and Products Liability up to £10,000,000.

How much notice do you need to erect or dismantle a scaffolding?

Typically, 7 days for domestic customers and 14 days for larger commercial projects. Dismantle dates can be agreed in advance. These are ideal lead times and we will always strive to help people at short notice. The construction industry can be unpredictable and we understand that.

Do you do emergency work?

We do. We will do emergency work as and when it arises. But, if for whatever reason we feel we can’t respond at the speed you require, we will say so.
